B-Dumbbell rotations plus dumbbell windmills with plyo jumps
C-Medicine ball toss with balance challenge
Day 2 Frontal
(side-to-side) Plane
Instruction (5min)
Workout (3 min):
A-Overhead lateral bends with tubing
B-Dumbbell overhead with side bends
C-One leg squats with dumbbells
D-Medicine Ball overhead toss with balance challenge
E-Lateral lunge with dumbbell overhead reach
Day 3 Sagital
(front-to-back) Plane
Instruction (8min)
Workout (3 min):
A-Hanging leg raises
B-Optional hanging knee raises
C-Cable crunches with tubing
D-Dumbbell overhead press with balance challenge
E-Medicine ball slam down with balance challenge
Requires:
tubing, medicine ball, dumbbells, pullup bar
Exercises may also be performed in your gym with their equipment
